What's up! I'm Josh Kramer the creator of Cool Blue Recharge! I started in broadcast media in 2000 and hold a A.A.S. degree from Vincennes University in Broadcasting Sales and Production. I also studied film and television at The Media School at Indiana University, and attended a digital film and audio program through The Detroit Chop Shop and Full Sail University Orlando. I have 25 years of experience in the broadcasting and communications industry. I've worked in radio, film and television production for several small market Illinois and Indiana companies, as well as CSPAN, Fox Sports/Big Ten Network, ESPN/ABC, and have published numerous works through the Department of Defense through DefenseTV and DVIDS.

Served in the U.S. Army with the primary MOS 13-Bravo - Field Artillery Cannon Crewmember in the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, Texas..

Additional duties as a Unit Public Affairs Representative (UPAR). Completed certified training by Defense Information School (DINFOS) instructors via the 24th Press Camp Headquarters at Fort Bliss, Texas.
